Five people are dead following an early morning house fire near Arlington on Friday. Authorities believe three adults and two children died in the fire. Ron Humphrey with the State Fire Marshal’s Office says it may take some time to positively identify the five bodies, but he says officials believe they know who was in the home. The Fayette County Sheriff’s Office had received a call shortly after 3:30 am about a house fire at 5094 F Avenue about four miles southwest of town. Several fire crews responded and found the house fully engulfed in flames. Authorities released photos from the scene that showed the property completely burned and destroyed. There has been no information released in regards to what may have caused the fire.
