West Delaware Wins Battle of the Unbeatens

The West Delaware Hawks are District Champs, staying undefeated after Friday night’s 13-9 win over Independence. It was a battle between the unbeatens at a packed Brown Field in Manchester. Rash of Burglaries Under Investigation

Authorities are continuing to investigate a rash of burglaries over the weekend at municipal offices and businesses in Dubuque, Delaware and Clayton counties. The Dubuque Telegraph Herald reports city halls in Cascade and Worthington were broken into.
