RTA Needs Volunteer Drivers in Delaware County

The RTA is still looking for volunteer drivers in Delaware County. The RTA, otherwise known as the Regional Transit Authority, is the non-profit organization with the short white buses you may see around Manchester and Delaware County. Over 25-hundred people use the buses in a three-county region, which also includes Dubuque and Jackson counties. RTA
