Vandals Flood Portion of Western Dubuque High School

Authorities are looking for the vandals who flooded part of Western Dubuque High School over the weekend. Superintendent Jeff Corkery tells KMCH that vandals broke out a window in a classroom on the south side of the high school building in Epworth. They entered the classroom and turned on a water faucet, leaving it running.

Man Rescued from Grain Bin Released from Hospital

A man who was rescued from a grain bin near Littleport Sunday has been released from the hospital. The Clayton County Sheriff’s Office tells KMCH that 33-year old Rod Sylvester was trapped in the grain bin for nearly 21 hours this weekend. Authorities say Sylvester was apparently grinding feed on a farm on Elm Road
