Every year, the City honors a Manchester citizen with the “First Citizen Award”, honoring their dedication to the City. West Delaware Athletics Family Remembers Tammy Hood

Twenty-six year old  Manchester native Tammy Hood passed away last Wednesday morning from a brain aneurysm and had been battling a terminal heart condition. Our latest “Valued Volunteer” is Cheryl “Beaner” Harris of Lamont!  Cheryl helps the elderly with their gardens and groceries, and helps provide care for area children at the Lamont “Kids Center”.  Cheryl also volunteers at a breakfast at the Common Grounds Coffee House held the first Sunday of the month with proceeds going to help
