HS Volleyball: WD Hawks Fly Past Bobcats in State Quarterfinal

By Jon Swisher-Sports Director: The class 4A top-ranked West Delaware Hawks improved to 47-2 with a 3-0 sweep of 14th-rated Western Dubuque in quarterfinal play Tuesday evening at the 2015 State Volleyball Tournament downtown Cedar Rapids. All three sets were fairly close but Hawks were able to keep their distance winning, 25-21, 26-24 and 25-19.
