Moser Dancers Performing at Indy 500

Several area dancers will be performing at the 100th anniversary of the Indy 500 this weekend. A local bank has been given national recognition. Farmers Savings Bank was one of 34 banks and credit unions to receive a Designation of Savings Excellence Award last week. Early Morning Storms Bring Wind Damage

The severe storms that moved through early this morning brought wind damage across the area. Wind gusts were estimated to have reached 70 to 80 miles per hour when the storm moved through Independence shortly before 5 am.
