West Delaware Athletics Family Remembers Tammy Hood

By Jon Swisher-Sports Director: The West Delaware community is saying goodbye to their  number one Hawk fan for nearly the last ten years. Twenty-six year old  Manchester native Tammy Hood passed away last Wednesday morning from a brain aneurysm and had been battling a terminal heart condition.
