Beckman Boys Win Monticello Golf Invite

Beckman was the top team at the 18th annual Monticello Boys Golf Invitational on Wednesday. The Blazers bested 2nd place Monticello by 4 strokes. Minor League Baseball; Hermsen Update

By Jon Swisher-Sports Director: According to the Cedar Rapids Gazette sports department, former West Delaware standout and Masonville native B.J. Hermsen has been assigned to extended spring training by the Minnesota Twins. Hermsen is currently back in Fort Myers, Florida, trying to get things straightened out after starting the season at Double-A New Britain in Connecticut.
