The Dyersville Chamber Ambassadors recently visited two new businesses in town. The gas station along Highway 20 on the west side of Dyersville has a new owner and a new name. Kwik Stop has now become Sundstop with Josh Sundstrom taking over as the new owner. This is Sundstrom’s third store and he’s exploring the idea of having the convenience store open for 24 hours.
And the coffee shop on First Avenue has a new owner, too. Groovy Grounds has been sold to Jim and Holly Doyle, who have renamed the business Brew & Brew. The Doyles plan to keep the sandwiches and coffee on the menu, and they’ll add some new items too, such as smoked pork and different kinds of beer. (Photos courtesy of Dyersville Chamber)
