Monticello Blood Drive

The Monticello Rotary Blood Drive will be Tuesday, July 7th from 11:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. at the Citizens State Bank Youth Development Center at 800 N Maple St. in Monticello. Manchester 5K Run/Walk “For the Kids”

July 18

A 5K Run/Walk “For The Kids” will be held Saturday, July 18th in Manchester. All proceeds go to the University of Iowa, which goes directly children and their families suffering from pediatric cancer and other bone marrow diseases at the University of Iowa Children’s Hospital. Race starts at 7:30 am at the Beckman Complex. Stop into Manchester City Hall for a registration form.

FPC Vacation Bible School

First Presbyterian Church at 312 E. Butler Street in Manchester is holding Vacation Bible School Sunday, July 19th through Wednesday, July 22nd from 5:00 pm – 7:30 pm. The theme of the week is Workshop of Wonders – Imagine and Build with God. Dinner will be served each night. All children entering kindergarten through entering 5th grade are welcome.
