Sylvester M. “Junior” Kluesner age 69 of Dubuque died Sunday November 24, 2013, at his sisters residence following a courageous battle with cancer.
Friends may call from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00p.m. Saturday at the Leonard Funeral Home & Crematory, 2595 Rockdale Rd where services will be held at 1:00p.m.
He was born on January 8, 1944 in Holy Cross, Iowa the son of Sylvester N. and Marie (Engling) Kluesner. He attended St. Paul’s School in Worthington, Iowa and graduated High School in 1962.
He served in the Iowa National Guard and was owner of Kluesner Repair
He is survived by his siblings; Brother Marvin Kluesner, SDS of Silver Springs, MD, Rosie (Art) Naber, of New Vienna, Iowa, David (Marilyn) Kluesner, of Farley, Iowa, Dorothy (Eugene) Kramer, of Worthington, Iowa, Lois Tauke, of Cascade, Iowa, Joyce (Charlie) Urbain, of Davenport, Iowa, Arlene (Dale) Fangmann, of Farley, Iowa, Bonnie (George) Heisler, of Farley, Iowa, Eugene Kluesner, of Coral Gables, FL, Leo (Julie) Kluesner, of Worthington, Iowa, Brenda (Dick) Ludwig, of Petersburg, Iowa and his friend Ramiro Robles.
He was preceded in death by his parents, a brother Mark Kluesner and a brother-in-law Robert Tauke.
