Account Set Up for Manchester Crash Victim at Local Bank
04/17/2008
Community members now have a couple of ways to help out the family of 12-year old Maleah McCool of Manchester. McCool, a student at West Delaware Middle School, was critically injured in a two-vehicle collision just south of Manchester earlier this month. She remains hospitalized at University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics in Iowa City. Jennifer Finn says an account has been set up at First State Bank in Manchester.

If you would like to contribute to the account, please stop by First State Bank and visit with one of the bank tellers. Friends have also started a fundraiser selling "Team Maleah" t-shirts. If you'd like to purchase a shirt for $10, stop by any of the West Delaware schools, Glanz Landing or First State Bank. Proceeds from the t-shirts and money from the account will all go to help McCool's family with her medical bills.
