Fifth Person Arrested in Manchester Armed Robbery Case
12/06/2012
A fifth person has been arrested for their role in robbing a Manchester home this fall. Manchester Police Chief Bruce Trapp says 19-year old Deon Hicks Jr. of Cedar Rapids was arrested by U.S. Marshalls in Milwaukee, Wisconsin late last week. Manchester Police and the Delaware County Sheriff's Department have brought him from Milwaukee to the Delaware County Jail, where he's being held on 100-thousand dollars bond. Four other men have also been arrested in this case - one of them, 20-year old Timothy Reynolds, escaped the Delaware County Jail after assaulting the jailer and stealing his SUV. He remains on the loose and is wanted by authorities. The men are accused of robbing a home on the southwest side of Manchester in October, leaving one of the victims with a gunshot wound to his hand.
