Linn County facilities will begin reopening to the public next month.
Several county facilities have been closed to residents during the pandemic, including the Linn County Courthouse, the Linn County Sheriff’s Office and the Jean Oxley Linn County Public Service Center. Those facilities will reopen on Monday, June 7th.
Face masks will be required in all Linn County facilities and social distancing and other safety protocols will be in place.
Linn County will also continue offering remote services via phone, email and online – and drop boxes will still be available for anyone who needs to drop off payments, vehicle registration renewals and other paperwork.
And the Linn County Recorder’s Office will begin processing passport applications about 30 days after the office reopens.
