Two children suffered minor injuries in an accident in Linn County on Thursday night.
The Linn County Sheriff’s Office says 44-year old Marisa Mora of Hopkinton lost control while driving eastbound on Berry Road at the corner of Wanatee Creek Road and her car went into the ditch.
Mora was not hurt, but her two children – ages 9 and 11 – were transported to St. Luke’s Hospital for minor injuries.
Mora was cited for failing to maintain control.
