Starmont and Ed-Co Alumni Basketball Game Raises Money for Good Cause

Former Starmont and Ed-Co basketball players recently laced up to play an alumni rivalry game to raise money for Regional Medical Center’w Radiology Department.

Starmont alum Carson Willie presented RMC a check totaling $2,947.38. Through t-shirt sales and admission to this alumni basketball event, community members supported the cause.

“It’s inspiring to see young adults like Carson putting in the time and energy to recognize and support such an important cause,” says RMC Radiology Manager Megan Demmer. “On behalf of everyone at RMC and our Radiology Department, thank you.”

The funds will go towards RMC’s pink support bags, which are gifted to local women battling breast cancer.
