Manchester Couple Seriously Injured in Weekend Crash

A Manchester couple was seriously injured in a crash on the north side of Manchester over the weekend.

Manchester Police say they were called to the scene at 628 Quaker Mill Drive around 1:45 am Sunday. The officer arriving at the scene could see tire tracks in the snow on the shoulder of the road, leading towards a car that had hit a tree head-on.

The driver, 40-year old Jeremy Jackson, sustained a head injury in the crash. His passenger, 41-year old Regina Jackson, was also injured. They were both transported to Regional Medical Center in Manchester.

Police say Jackson was northbound on Quaker Mill Drive when he lost control on a curve and crashed into the tree ahead.

Their current condition or hospitalization status is not known.
