Two Arrested in Drug Bust at Fairbank Home

Two people were arrested in a drug bust in Fairbank on Thursday.
The Fayette County Sheriff’s Office says 47-year old Jamie Levendusky of Fairbank and 48-year old Jeremy Durnan of Elgin were taken into custody.
The Sheriff’s Office executed a search warrant at a home at 601 2nd Street Northeast around 3 pm Thursday, finding meth, marijuana and paraphernalia. They also found unknown substances and a firearm.
Levendusky was arrested following the investigation. She has been charged with two counts of possession of a controlled substance (marijuana and methamphetamine), assault on a peace officer, interference with official acts causing injury and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Durnan was arrested on a Fayette County arrest warrant. He has been charged with two counts of possession of a controlled substance (marijuana and methamphetamine) and possession of drug paraphernalia.
The case remains under investigation and more charges are pending.
