Manchester Police have arrested a man who was harboring a runaway.
41-year old Kenneth Henderson of Maquoketa was taken into custody on February 1st.
Back in September, police had received a complaint of a man who was staying in Manchester with a runaway. An investigation uncovered the man had picked up the runaway near their home in Indiana. They were traveling to Minnesota where they were set to meet another juvenile for a date.
Officers also uncovered the man had given the juvenile runaway illegal narcotics.
Henderson has been charged with Drug Distribution Violation to a Person Under 18, Harboring a Runaway and Distributing Drug to a Minor.
