Linn County’s campgrounds will be opening for the season later next week.
Buffalo Creek Park in Coggon and Pinicon Ridge Park, Matsell Bridge Natural Area, Mount Hope and Wakpicada Natural Area, all in Central City, are among the Linn County parks opening on Friday, April 15th.
The Linn County Conservation Department invites you to further connect with nature by spending some quality time outdoors camping this year.
A majority of the campsites at these parks have water and electric hook-ups. A firewood bundle is available to purchase at each campground for $6 each. Most all family campground sites are first come-first served with self-registration.
