Beckman High School Raffling Tickets to MLB Field of Dreams Game
The MLB will begin contacting the winners of their lottery today, letting some lucky Iowa residents know they’ve been randomly drawn for their chance to purchase tickets to the upcoming Cubs vs. Reds game at the Field of Dreams in Dyersville.
But if you’re not one of the lucky winners, you can still get in on a chance at tickets.
Beckman Catholic High School in Dyersville has received a pair of tickets and a parking pass for the August 11th game. And Principal Marcel Kielkucki says they’ll be raffling them off.
The winner will be drawn July 30th. Kielkucki, who helped at last year’s inaugural MLB game at the movie site, says this year’s event will feature even more activities throughout the week, including a minor league game on Tuesday, August 9th between the Cedar Rapids Kernels and the Quad Cities River Bandits.
