Senator Charles Grassley made a stop in Edgewood yesterday morning as part of his annual 99 County Tour.
The senator toured the newly-expanded locker and held a Question-and-Answer session with 33 of the locker’s employees.
Grassley discussed his two bipartisan bills that recently passed out of the Senate Agriculture Committee which will help tackle anti-competitive behavior among large meatpackers.
He also answered questions about inflation, energy dependence, and the national debt.
