Dubuque County Authorities have identified the victim of a one-vehicle accident from early Monday morning. According to the Dubuque County Sheriff’s Office, deputies and Holy Cross EMS were called to a accident in the 16000 block of Holy Cross Road just before 5 Monday morning. Upon arrival, officials located a single vehicle with the driver and sole occupant deceased inside. An investigation determined that the driver, now identified as 34-year old Heath Stuckey of Guttenberg, was travelling southbound on Holy Cross Road when he entered the east ditch. The vehicle then struck a driveway entrance, causing the vehicle to go airborne and roll. Stuckey was pronounced dead at the scene.
