A motorcycle rider was injured in Linn County Saturday night after going the wrong way on Hwy 13.
Just after 9:30 Saturday night, multiple agencies responded to an accident on Hwy 13 south of Waterhouse Ave in Central City.
A Harley Davidson motorcycle had been south bound in the northbound lanes lost control and came to rest in the median.
The driver of the Harley was identified as 58 year old David Blauer from Marion. Blauer was not wearing a helmet and was transported to St Luke’s by Center Point Ambulance with non-life threatening injuries.
The driver is charged with Driving while Barred, Wrong way on a four lane highway, Fail to Maintain Control, No Insurance, and Operation without Registration.
Blauer also has active warrants for Harassment 1st and Felony Attempting to Elude.
