A Manchester man was arrested in Decorah on Monday afternoon.
The Winneshiek County Sheriff’s Office says 36-year old Jeremy Thibadeau was taken into custody.
Deputies responded to an incident near Freeport and the offender, Thibadeau, fled in a vehicle that was later stopped by deputies near Walmart.
The Sheriff’s Office hasn’t released any further details about the incident. But their office says Thibadeau faces charges of Operating Under the Influence 2nd Offense, Operating a Vehicle Without the Owner’s Consent, Eluding 2nd or Subsequent Violation, Interference with Official Acts and Driving While Barred.
