A popular Independence restaurant will be closing.
Bill’s Pizza and Smokehouse announced the news Wednesday on their Facebook page.
The restaurant has served northeast Iowa for 25 years. Owner Bill Versluis says he and his staff would like to thank all of their great customers that they have come to know over the years.
Their last day in business will be next Friday, September 9th.
