State Auditor Sand Holds Town Hall Meeting in Manchester

State Auditor Rob Sand was in Manchester on Thursday afternoon, hosting a Delaware County town hall meeting.

Around a dozen residents, including Manchester Mayor Connie Behnken, gathered to engage in a discussion that centered around a couple of main topics. 

Sand says he wants people to contact him at the State Auditor’s Office if they don’t think something looks quite right.

Auditor Sand also held town halls on Thursday in Elkader, Dubuque, Independence and Oelwein.
