‘Distinctively Delaware County’ Class to Welcome Newcomers to Community

A new class will be held in Delaware County next month, with the goal to welcome people who are new to the community.

NICC Manchester Center Director Jodi Ehlers says it’s called “Distinctively Delaware County” and the goal is to let people know what Delaware County is all about.

“Distinctively Delaware County” will be held three Wednesday nights in October at rotating locations. Delaware County Economic Development Director Donna Boss says the first class will be October 5th at the NICC Manchester Center, with the second and third sessions set for October 12th and 19th.

Boss says they’re planning to hold the “Distinctively Delaware County” class twice a year, with a spring session already scheduled for April.
