The Manchester City Council met Monday night, approving a change to a development agreement with S & R Construction for the Oakview Subdivision.
City Manager Tim Vick explains:
The Manchester City Council also heard a presentation from Maggie Burger with Speer Financial regarding the City’s TIF Report, which details the City’s debt, debt capacity and TIF rebate obligations and abatements. The City has $11 million in total debt. Burger says compared to other cities their size, Manchester is on the low end for debt, with 65-percent of their debt capacity remaining.
