Community Savings Bank will be presenting a free seminar on Estate Transition Planning in Dyersville next month.
The seminar is set for Tuesday, March 21st from 10 am to noon, with guest speakers Jane Hanson, Jeff State and Nathan Fisher.
Jane Hanson is an Attorney with Hanson Law Office with experience within the estate transition area. Jeff State and Nathan Fisher are both Financial Advisors at Raymond James Financial Serves with experience in Deferred Sales Trust and Financial Planning for estate transition.
The seminar will cover such topics as:

- Property Ownership, Coordinating Plans
- Goal-setting
- Building your legal & professional team
