Congresswoman Ashley Hinson made a stop in Buchanan County on Thursday.
Hinson visited the Little Island Child Care Center in Fairbank to hear about their work to provide child care services to those in the community. They discussed ways they can support childcare workers and lower costs for both providers and working families.
The Congresswoman also made stops in Waterloo and Waverly on Thursday. On Friday, she’ll visit K&S Machining LLC in Monona, meet with community volunteers at Our Postville Community Heart & Soul, meet with NICC President Dr. Riedel in Calmar and visit County View Dairy in Hawkeye.
