Assessed Property Values Increase in Delaware County

The 2023 property assessment notices were sent out this past week to property owners.

Delaware County Assessor Dan Lett says the county’s values increased quite a bit – just like the rest of the state.

If you don’t agree with your assessment, Lett says you can contact the Delaware County Assessor’s Office to make an appointment.

The Delaware County Assessor’s Office door is closed at this time, but you can make an appointment via phone or email – call 927-2526 or email dlett@co.delaware.ia.us.
