U.S. Senator Chuck Grassley was in Jones County on Thursday as part of his annual 99 county tour.
Grassley toured Boomerang in Anamosa with employees and then hosted a Q&A attended by seventeen people.Â
The Senator answered questions about apprenticeships, the infrastructure bill, the Restrict Act, the 2023 Farm Bill, immigration, the Cattle Price Discovery and Transparency Act, the Senator’s continued efforts to lower prescription drug prices and the upcoming 2024 presidential election.
