Ridiculous Days Returning to Manchester

The Manchester Chamber is bringing back Ridiculous Days this weekend – and it kicks off this Thursday!

Ridiculous Days is a weekend full of great deals at participating businesses and one afternoon of fun activities for the family.

Chamber Director Dave Wakefield says the Chamber Retail Committee wanted to revive the old tradition of Ridiculous Days, bringing back great deals on merchandise that only come around once a year.

On Thursday, area retailers have been invited to bring their great deals to the streets. The 100 block of South Franklin will be blocked off from noon to 5 pm.

And the ping pong ball drop is making its return on Thursday too! At 12:30 pm, one thousand ping pong balls will be dropped from the top of F&M Bank, with several ping pong balls having free items and great deals on them to be redeemed.

There will be kids’ activities too – including a dino dig, coloring contests, touch a truck and photo opportunities with princesses and summer Santa.
