Manchester Vitality Endowment Committee Asking for Public Input on Projects

You may have noticed the hanging flower baskets around downtown Manchester this summer, adding a vibrant pop of color to the community.

The baskets are thanks to a new committee – the Manchester Vitality Endowment Committee – with the goal to bring some new ideas and projects to Manchester. Committee member Julie Frick says they got their start about a year ago.

Manchester’s new hanging flower baskets were their first project.

The flowers, which have been taken care of by the City of Manchester, are expected to come down on Thursday. And now the committee is looking for more projects as they move into their second phase.

The Manchester Vitality Endowment Committee is holding a meeting tonight so the community can get involved and be part of discussions for future projects. Bring any ideas you may have for Manchester!

Join them tonight at Riverbend Pub & Grill in downtown Manchester for a social hour at 5:30 p.m. and a presentation at 6:15 p.m. Everyone is welcome.
