A motorcyclist was injured in a collision in Delaware County on Saturday night.
It happened southeast of Delhi around 9 pm. The Iowa State Patrol says a semi trailer was backing into a driveway off 260th Street when a southbound motorcycle hit the side of the trailer.
The motorcycle came to rest on the side of the highway. The driver, 48-year old Shawn Pohlman of Hopkinton, was injured and transported to University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics in Iowa City by RMC.
The semi driver, 44-year old Jerry Watts of Coggon, was not hurt.
The accident remains under investigation.
