Delaware County is making plans for one of next year’s road projects.
The D-22 West project will run from the Buchanan County line to the City of Manchester, consisting of a 6-inch concrete overlay. Delaware County Engineer Rafe Koopman says they plan to take bids this winter for construction next summer.
Meanwhile, the Robinson Road project is complete. And the county’s new shop in Earlville is under construction, with work expected to wrap up in December.
