Dupaco Named Top Iowa Workplace

Dupaco Community Credit Union has been named a “Top Workplace” in 2023 by the Des Moines Register.  

The member-owned financial cooperative ranked No. 3 in the large employer category. 

The Register recognized 148 Iowa companies as a “Top Workplace” based solely on feedback provided by those who work there. The Register’s research partner, Energage, LLC, surveys employees at participating workplaces and then ranks the employers based on the results. Employees evaluate everything from their work environment to their organization’s leadership. 

In addition to the organizational recognition, Dupaco President/CEO Joe Hearn was recognized with the 2023 Leadership Award.  

Locally, Dupaco has branches in Manchester, Dyersville, Peosta, as well as Dubuque/Asbury and Cedar Rapids/Marion. Live video tellers are also available at the Cascade and Independence innovation labs.
