Candidate Preview – Hopkinton Mayoral Race

Election Day is Tuesday, November 7th. And for the past week, we’ve been introducing you to the candidates running in some of this year’s locally-contested races.

Today, we’re featuring the race for Hopkinton mayor, in which incumbent Cathy Harris is being challenged by Craig Lange.

Harris is a lifelong resident of Hopkinton and has been involved in city government for over 30 years.

Harris says she’s running for re-election because she feels she has a good working relationship with Hopkinton’s city employees and council members.

Harris has several priorities if she is re-elected as the mayor of Hopkinton on Tuesday.

Craig Lange

Harris’ opponent in the race for Hopkinton mayor is Craig Lange, who grew up in Hopkinton.

Lange says he’s running for Hopkinton mayor to help the community continue to grow.

Lange says there are several things he’d like to see happen if he’s elected as Hopkinton’s mayor on Tuesday.

Polls will be open tomorrow from 7 am to 8 pm. Tomorrow, we’ll give you the rundown of the county’s polling places and let you know where you need to go to vote.
