Veterans Treated to Free Care from Dental Associates of Manchester

Dozens of veterans were treated to free dental care in Manchester on Friday morning.

Dental Associates has been offering this service to local veterans for the past seven years. Dr. Tim Collier says the idea came from a dental office in another state.

Dr. Zach Stecklein says they were offering veterans one of three free services – and if there was time, they could step back in line for more.

Friday’s free dental care was on a first-come first-serve basis – and they had quite the turnout again this year.

Manchester resident Tom Allyn was one of the veterans who stopped in on Friday. He served four years in the U.S. Navy.

Allyn says this kind gesture from Dental Associates is appreciated.

Dr. Stecklein says it’s the least they can do.
