Delaware County Public Health Recommends COVID Vaccine

Delaware County Public Health is recommending everyone get the COVID vaccine.
Public Health Manager Krystle DeShaw says the COVID vaccine is readily available at Regional Family Health – though availability across the area this fall hasn’t been as easy to come by as years past.
The CDC recommends everyone six months and older to get the COVID vaccine. The vaccine was just updated heading into fall.
Health officials say Iowa is seeing a moderate level of COVID activity in the state right now, though cases are much lower than seen during the height of the pandemic three years ago.
If you have any questions about the COVID vaccine, reach out to your pharmacy or healthcare provider.
