Two Delaware County Employees Retiring

Delaware County is saying goodbye to two retiring employees.

Marsha Mescher is retiring from the Delaware County Recorder’s Office after more than 31 years as Assistant Deputy Recorder.

Karen Knipper is retiring after more than 14 years working part-time in the Delaware County Assessor’s Office – the county’s longest-running permanent part-time employee.

Both are retiring at the end of the month.

The Delaware County Supervisors have presented each with a retirement plaque to thank them for their years of service.
