RMC Transitions to New Patient Survey Company

Regional Medical Center in Manchester has transitioned to a new patient survey company, NRC Health, at the start of 2024. 

Patients may receive an email, text, phone call or survey mailed to their home requesting feedback on their patient experience. The survey takes about two minutes and will help RMC learn more about each persons’ experience, preferences, wants and needs.

Samantha Cocking, RMC Quality/Education Manager, says knowing how patients feel and what the hospital can improve will help RMC work within their system to provide the most comprehensive, quality care possible.

RMC will review responses to help improve the patient experience and follow through on any concerns.
