Luanne Marcia Mann of Strawberry Point

Luanne Marcia Mann, 61, passed away Tuesday, April 16, 2024, at the University of Iowa
Hospital. She was born April 30, 1962, in Waterloo, Iowa, daughter of Maurice and Ruth
(Wiseman) Mann. She was raised and educated in Missouri and Iowa, graduating from West
Delaware High School, class of 1980, in Manchester.

In 1988, she was united in marriage to Eugene Wulfekule. They were married for five years, but
had remained good friends. She loved hanging out with friends, movies, reading, traveling,
playing board games, spending time with family and friends. She loved watching and feeding all
animals. Her favorite place to go and relax was Backbone State Park.

She is survived by her brother Bob (Trudy), sister-in-law Karin, nieces Melodi, Amy, Heather
and Michelle, nephews Kyle, David and Aaron, and many cousins.

She is preceded in death by her parents and brothers, James, Mark and Maurice and special
friend, Bill Grinestaff.

A Celebration of Life will be held June 15, 2024, in Strawberry Point at the Civic Center, 401
Commercial Street, at 11:00 AM.
