A Flood Warning continues for the Wapsipinicon River near Anamosa Shaw Road until Saturday afternoon.
The National Weather Service says the river crested at just over 17 feet on Wednesday and is now falling.Â
The river was at 16.5 feet on Thursday afternoon – that’s still two feet above flood stage. It’s forecast to continue falling to 8 feet by next Thursday, June 6th.
