Trial Date Set for Man Accused in Linn County Multiple Homicide

A trial date is set for the man accused of killing four people in rural northern Linn County earlier this month. 

34-year old Luke Truesdell of Marion is charged with four counts of First Degree Murder. He is accused of attacking four people with a metal pipe in a rural Linn County building on Wednesday afternoon, June 5th. He has entered a written plea of not guilty.

Investigators say Romondus Cooper, Keonna Ryan and Amanda Parker died in the attack. Brent Brown was taken to the hospital in critical condition and died two days later.

A jury trial is scheduled for September 18th.
