The Delaware County Fair parade is tonight in Manchester, with a change in this year’s route due to the City’s East Main Street project and detour route.
The parade will depart from the fairgrounds, travel down New Street and then head onto East Howard Street before ending at Iowa Street.
Tonight’s parade starts at 6 pm.
