A Manchester native will be serving the community as a new personal trainer and wellness coach.
Regional Medical Center has announced the addition of Hailey Hellmann to the Bob Holtz Wellness Center.
In her role, Hellmann will work with individuals of all ages and fitness levels to help them achieve their health and fitness goals. She will focus on the big picture and help her clients find ways to use their strongest traits by establishing goals and taking one step at a time.
RMC Wellness Center Manager Jessi Bahls says they’re excited to welcome Hellmann to their team. She says Hellmann’s passion for health and fitness is evident and they know she’ll be a valuable resource to their patients and community members.
