Manchester City Council Meeting Recap

The Manchester City Council met Monday night, holding a public hearing on the approval of an amendment to the Manchester Urban Renewal Area. City Manager Tim Vick explains:

The City is seeing more housing going up in Manchester, which Vick says is great for the community.

Also at Monday’s meeting, the Manchester City Council approved the resignation of Tirzah Wedewer from the Manchester Airport Committee effective at the end of this year. And they discussed amending the City’s bicycle regulations.

And some good news for Manchester residents and visitors who have been making their way through town around detours these past few months – the end of the East Main Street project is near.
